These terms cover your use of journeymen.ai (the "Site") and any services purchased through us ("Services"). journeymen.ai is operated by journeymen LLC, Lindenhurst, NY.
You can use this site to learn about us, see pricing, run the calculator, and get in touch. Don't try to scrape it, attack it, or use it for anything other than its intended purpose.
The Missed Money Audit is a paid diagnostic service ($497 one-time fee). When you book and pay, we deliver a 90-minute working session and a written audit document specific to your business. The audit is yours to keep regardless of whether you continue with us. If you sign on for a monthly retainer package within 30 days of your audit, the $497 is fully credited toward your setup fee.
Monthly retainer services (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and add-ons) are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once configuration work has begun.
Our total liability to you for any issue arising from these services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party can end the relationship with 30 days' written notice. On termination, we'll provide a clean handoff of any configurations, system prompts, and account access we've built for you, so you're not stranded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, NY.
